Care of Excellent, LLC was founded in 2023 in response to an expanding community need for home health services for individual with development disability and on the principles of the best practices in home health care today.
We are proud and locally owned, managed, and operated by skilled professionals with 16+ years of experience who are well-versed in the programs and services of the home health industry.

Our service areas include counties in and throughout central Ohio.
We are licensed as a Home Health Agency in the State of Ohio. We have Medicaid certification.
We accept patients with mostly all waivers, Medicaid and/or private insurance.
